Buttons and a Bow Shabby Tea Room #50

Anyone remember the song Buttons and Bows? It is what I first thought of when I saw the title of this week's Shabby Tea Room Challenge.  How fun to use the inspiration colors to create a baby card.  Buttons I sewed, a bow I made,  and chipboard  I glittered with Art Institute's Mimosa were placed on layers of papers and ribbon.  Hello Baby!
