Outlines Black, Red, White #39

I recently purchased this background stamp at Outlines Rubber Stamps (http://outlineswithkathy.blogspot.com/) and decided to use it in this week's challenge. I've always enjoyed optical illusions and I'm sure if I stared at it long enough...  On to the card!  I stamped and embossed in red, the inside of the card, then stamped and embossed it in black on the outside.  I had a piece of black and white "busy" paper in a scroll design that I used to line the inside of the card and to finish the top of the card outside.  The top right corner was folded back and red, white, and black accents were added to complete the card.  A fun message can be added later to fit the occassion of the card's presentation.
