***************Thinking of You JustRite 30 Challenge

The vintage look of the Pottery Barn fabrics in the inspiration photo challenged me to create an old fashioned card which made use of all the colors in the photo. Pictured is my end result. I started with the Thinking of you stamp from JustRite's Thinking of You Centers and Borders set. Then I found the cameo picture and cabbage rose flowers (just like in the pillow) in a book of Victorian decoupage prints. With many tiny snips, I cut the pictures out; famed the lady using spellbinders mega rectangles, covered the cabbage roses with hundreds of clear beads. After stamping Thinking of You with Memento ink and coloring with Copics, I covered the flowers with crystal lacquer and used a decorative punch to complete the tag. Silk ribbon and lace, a few pearls; a ribbon flower and colorful layers completed my work on this card. The hardest part was waiting for the glues and lacquer to dry before arranging them on the card lol!
