Outlines Halloween

Supplies:
Stamp: Image from Outlines Halloween Layering Collage
Embossing Powder: Zing Black Glitter
Paper: Reminisce
Embellishments: Rhinestones, Black Grossgrain ribbon
Tools: Spellbinders scalloped square, Copic Markers

 Copic Markers were used to color the small rhinestones orange and to edge the scalloped square.
