For a May Arts Ribbon challenge I created this Halloween Card.  I wanted the ribbon to be the focal point  and so tied a flower knot (for the witch to sweep up).  I used the Pixie Cottage (Hannah Witch) stamp and colored the image with copics and stickles glitter.  Three sparkly brads and black and white paper (with a torn edge) were also used.  Don't you love the Pixie Cottage stamp?
