Pick a Flower...Outlines19

A flower from the Outlines Stamp Co. collection, a little bit of this and a little bit of that and I had my completed card.  The background for the flower stamp was made by using Mica Gloss brayered on glossy white cardstock.
Supplies:

Paper: My Mind's Eye and misc.
Die Cuts: Spellbinders, Heartfelt Creations
Ribbon: May Arts Silk
Misc: Dew Drops, Stickles
